Written:   2013      We have a typical 13 year old boy who loves sports, minecraft and hanging out with friends.  Despite having a cooperative attitude and a willingness to work hard in school, he still struggles.  Local  public and private schools have provided him tremendous support throughout his elementary years.  As he neared the end of 5th grade it became clear that middle school was going to be a challenge.  Finding a school that would meet the academic and social needs of a non-traditional learner proved impossible.  It was at this time that the dream of Student Solutions, Inc was born.  Our student has experienced success with the SYLVAN SYNC program, which is a part of the Solutions Academy curriculum.  He is excited about starting school this year in an environment specifically designed to meet his needs.

Update: 2015       The student has thrived at Solutions Academy over the last two years.  This fall he will attend Geneva Classical Academy part-time and will play football for the school.  As a high school freshman he will take on-line and traditional classes to reach graduation goals.
